Evidence beats adjectives. Here is what I have actually built.
The pattern is consistent: identify a practical problem, understand the whole system, then build the missing bridge between users, machines, data and money.
Invented and built a payment and range technology platform
Designed the architecture and product logic behind a modern range payment ecosystem including app payments, account credit, location logic, reporting, machine interaction and operator workflows.
Systems operating at meaningful field scale
Technology I designed or helped build has supported more than 90 UK systems, more than 400 million balls dispensed, more than £35 million processed for customers and more than 70,000 registered users.
Dispenser control, monitoring and field diagnostics
Built and refined Raspberry Pi-based control systems, kiosk interfaces, GPIO/relay/sensor handling, BLE data transfer, QR reader integrations, motor control logic, cron/service supervision and remote support tooling.
Advanced backend portals and operational data systems
Created LAMP/PHP/MySQL/WordPress-based business tools for payments, reporting, customer accounts, machine logs, admin workflows, reconciliation, scheduled jobs and support operations.
AURA and neurodivergent-friendly assessment tooling
Designed software concepts and workflows for adapted trauma screening and reporting, combining structured forms, SQLite data capture, multilingual presentation and GPT-based report generation.
“My advantage is not just that I can code. It is that I can understand the machine, the operator, the customer, the payment flow and the failure mode in the same conversation.”
